flare.design also collects basic operational data such as browser type, device information, request metadata, authentication events, billing events, and product usage records needed to secure the service and operate the workspace.

How information is used

flare.design uses collected information to:

  • Provide access to the site, app, workspaces, billing, and render workflows.
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, monitor service health, and investigate incidents.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and maintain credit or usage balances.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate material service updates.
  • Improve product quality, reliability, and planning through aggregate usage analysis.

Sharing and service providers

flare.design shares information with infrastructure, analytics, identity, payment, storage, and customer support providers only as needed to operate the service.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to enforce platform terms, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar business transaction.

Project content and uploads

Media, project files, prompts, captions, exports, and other workspace content are processed and stored to deliver the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights needed to upload and process that content through flare.design.

flare.design may retain project content for backup, recovery, abuse prevention, billing reconciliation, and service continuity purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect customer information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
