Using the service

You may use flare.design only in compliance with these terms and any additional commercial agreement, order form, or workspace policy that applies to your account.

You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace activity, and all use of the service that occurs under your account or within your organization.

Acceptable conduct

You may not use flare.design to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate privacy or publicity rights.
  • Upload malicious code, probe the platform without authorization, or interfere with service integrity.
  • Generate, upload, or distribute abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content in violation of platform rules.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls, access restrictions, or security measures.

Customer content

You retain your rights in the media, prompts, copy, brand assets, and other content you submit to flare.design. You grant flare.design the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights required to upload, process, and use any content submitted through the service.

Billing and paid features

Paid subscriptions, credit balances, top-ups, and related billing features may be governed by pricing presented at checkout and any separate commercial terms provided to your workspace.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features.

Availability and changes

flare.design may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security work, failures, or third-party issues.

Suspension and termination

flare.design may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates legal or security risk, or if payment obligations are not met.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations, survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability limits

flare.design is provided on an as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted service, specific results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, flare.design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profit damages arising from the use of the service.

Updates to these terms

flare.design may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
